Business capital that lands before the deadline does
Every capital source an Australian business can use — loans, lines of credit, invoice and revenue-based funding, mortgages, caveats and equipment finance — ranked by how quickly it can actually hit your account.
- $20k–$250k possible same day (property-secured)
- Up to $5m possible in 24–48 hours
- No credit check to enquire
The speed ladder
Which capital lands first?
Taller bar, faster money. Property security is the fast lane; trading history and bank statements open the unsecured lane; bank approvals bring up the rear. Tap any bar to see how that source works.
Speed is never guaranteed — it depends on the security, documents and the deal itself. Line of credit, invoice, equipment and bank timings describe the general market.

Speed myths
Fast doesn't have to mean reckless
Myth Fast capital is always the expensive option.
Speed and cost aren't the same dial. A property-secured facility can be quick and still priced on solid security. What costs money is the wrong structure held for too long — so plan the exit before you draw.
Myth You need perfect credit to move quickly.
Lenders working at speed lean on what's in front of them: security, bank statements and trading history. Past credit issues and ATO debt are looked at case by case rather than ruled out at the door.
Myth Shopping around means filling in ten forms.
Ten forms usually means ten credit enquiries and a phone that won't stop. One accurate enquiry to someone who knows which lane fits gets you further, faster.
Myth If the bank said no, nobody will say yes.
Banks run one kind of credit box. Private and specialist lenders look at the deal differently — particularly when there's property behind it or strong, steady takings.

What is the fastest form of business capital in Australia?
Where there's property to offer, a caveat loan or second mortgage is usually the quickest — $20k to $250k is possible the same day, and up to $5m is possible within 24–48 hours. Without property, smaller unsecured amounts can sometimes be funded the same day, based on turnover and bank statements.
Does asking about capital affect my credit score?
No. There's no credit check when you first enquire. A credit check is only discussed once you've seen your options and decided to go ahead.
How much working capital can a business raise?
Unsecured, cash flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses typically range from $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements. With residential or commercial property as security, business loans run from $20,000 to $5,000,000.
Will my enquiry be sent to lots of lenders?
No. We don't spray your details across a panel and wait. A real person reads your enquiry, works out which capital source fits, and talks you through it before anything goes further.
Can I get business capital with bad credit or an ATO debt?
Often, yes. Past credit issues and ATO debt are considered case by case. Property security and a clear plan for repayment make the biggest difference.
What do I need ready to move fast?
Recent business bank statements, your ABN, ID, a clear amount and purpose, and — if property is involved — the address and a rough idea of what's owed on it. Our timelines section has a full checklist.
Is the capital only for business use?
Yes. Everything we arrange is for business purposes only — working capital, growth, equipment, tax, stock, property and similar commercial needs.
